Made Design Jewelry started their bespoke jewelry journey with a booth at the Rose Bowl market in Los Angeles. Their collections became synonymous with custom creations, innovative designs, and attention to detail. Today, Made is both the keeper and breaker of traditions—establishing the first raw luxury handmade jewelry collections. Welcome to this new paradigm we created in which taste, elegance, and desire reign supreme.

    We are increasing our positive impact on the local populations of the regions that support us. We also do our best to sustain the planet through how we design our jewelry, how we source our materials, and how we run our business.

    Each month, we release new jewelry, designed and crafted in-house, in limited quantities and only more based on demand. This allows us to create fresh designs while keeping our production more efficient and environmentally friendly.

    The driving force for Made Design Jewelry. is creativity. From his earliest beginnings in jewelry and clothing, Bobo Wince has been designing elegant and timeless products. The showcase of Made Design offerings shows the brand's need to produce timeless pieces that the world has never layed eyes on.

What if I have a question about my order, want to change it, or cancel it?

Creations purchased online or through our Client Relations Centers can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.

To qualify for any exchange or refund, the following conditions need to be met:

It must be returned in a new and unworn state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original packaging, including all accessories and documents, and accompanied by the appropriate sales slip. 

The creation does not have any personal engravings and has not been altered from its original condition (resized, modified)

What are conflict-free diamonds?

Conflict-free diamonds are diamonds that were not obtained due to human rights abuses, civil war, child labor, violence, or environmental degradation.

 At Made Design Jewelry, we make sure that our customers receive conflict-free diamonds. Our internal guidelines exceed government requirements:

  • We cut and polish many of the diamonds on our website.

  • We only purchase polished diamonds from professional members of the diamond trade.

  • We have contracts with our suppliers which guarantee that their diamonds are conflict-free.

 When you shop at Made Design Jewelry, you can be certain that your diamonds are coming from the most reputable providers.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal.

Do you have a warranty?

Under our warranty, we’ve got your back. This means that for 1 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs.

We create handcrafted, responsibly sourced pieces that are made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our product hence the 1-year coverage. This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Made Design Jewelry.

Please submit any warranty requests via email contact@madedesignjewelry.com and our team will follow up with you within 1-2 business days with additional details.

1. Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of Madedesignjewelry.com and/or Made Design Jewelry stores or pop-ups) are not covered under Made Design Jewelry warranty. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.

2. We do not recommend having our products worked on by outside jewellers as this voids any potential for refund or replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work.

3. Please note that in order for us to continue improving, we may require any defective piece to be sent back to us for inspection and quality auditing.

4. Promotional products may be excluded from our warranty policy.
